3. The Bat Cave – The Bali Aga Village – The Mother Temple |

| Description: | | We’ll begin by visiting the Bat Cave, Goa Lawah, which is said to have an
underground connection to the Besakih Temple. Afterwards we‘ll proceed to
the village, Bali Aga, in Tenganan, which is known for its
double-ikat-waving. This excursion then takes you to Sidemen where you will
experience the most famous panorama view of Bali’s rice terraces. Following
lunch you’ll visit the Besakih Mother Temple, which lies on the slope of
Bali’s highest mountain, Mt. Agung. To round off our outing we’ll visit the
Klungkung, the former 17th. century court with its impressive ceiling
artwork. |
